Client Care Coordinator – Sunset Skin

As the face of Sunset Skin, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clinic runs smoothly while building meaningful relationships with our patients. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves customer service, and has a passion for aesthetics, skincare, and wellness.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet patients warmly and provide exceptional customer service
  • Answer incoming phone calls, texts, and online inquiries
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently
  • Assist patients with treatment questions, memberships, promotions, and retail products
  • Check patients in and out while processing payments accurately
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment
  • Support providers and staff with daily clinic operations
  • Help manage inventory and retail displays
  • Assist with social media content, promotions, and patient engagement
  • Ensure patient confidentiality and professionalism at all times
  • Perform opening and closing duties as needed

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous customer service, receptionist, or sales experience preferred
  • Experience in a medical spa, aesthetics, dermatology, or medical office setting is a plus
  • Experience with scheduling or POS systems preferred
  • Social media experience is a plus
